A: Absolutely, our memorial plaques come with a personalised inscription as standard and we can engrave anything you want. We also provide proof of personalisation (free of charge) before we start so you can see exactly what will appear on the plaque.

A: We aim to ship every product within 7 working days of payment. However, it is usually much quicker than this, with the exception of products with ceramic photographs, which take up to 10 - 14 working days to produce. Should you require your item sooner or for a specific date we will always try and accomodate, please let us know in the additional comments on your order.
